What if we work on boosting our immunity from the inside-out instead of the outside-in?

What if we go internal instead of external?

If you don’t understand what I mean, just give me a minute. Many are concerned about the virus and guarding themselves through external measures. Wearing masks and social distancing are all about what we are doing externally — outside of ourselves.

This is fine but many have stopped saying “hello”, have lost their warmth, and really pulled away from others in fear. We can’t see people’s mouths and smiles, so it’s harder to read people’s energy. In normal times, we can feel what people’s boundaries are because we can see their smiles or frowns. So now, when we run into people while taking a walk or grocery shopping, we don’t know how to behave. Do we say “hello” ? Ahh what to do? So awkward!

People yearn for the friendliness we used to have, but it’s being pushed by the media to firmly respect people’s boundaries by distancing ourselves. So sometimes it’s less awkward to not say anything at all. Fear has paralyzed how we socialize.

So first, go external and say “hello” to someone you pass on the street, call an old friend, or check on family members who might be lonely. You may lift up someone’s day more than you realize. Every kind gesture you put out in the universe will raise the vibration of the planet!

Now let’s go internal and work on combating the virus from the inside-out! It’s time to boost our immunity! What if we raise our immunity by taking care of ourselves emotionally, spiritually, and physically? In the next four blogs, I’ll touch on several ways to do this!
